The most common type of legal entity is limited 米兰官方app. It can be 100% owned Foreign shareholders and is managed by at least one director.

1.)   For a 100% foreign 米兰官方app, two licenses need to be obtained: Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) and Enterprise Registration Certificate.
