From April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013, 米兰milan business registration fees have been reduced from $2,450 to $450.

米兰milan “Waiver Period” only related to 米兰milan waiving of registration fees for new certificate or renewal certificate with commencement date in year 2012-13. It does not provide for refund of 米兰milan 2011-12 registration fee paid.

米兰milan business that have already paid 米兰milan 2012-13 business registration fees or branch registration fees on or before April 1, 2012 and are not required to renew their registration certificates in 米兰milan year 2012-13 can also benefit from 米兰milan concession, concessionary refund will be allowed to them.

米兰milan beneficiary are: businesses holding 3-year certificates with a commencement date before 1 April 2012 and expiry dates on or after 31 March 2013 will be eligible for application of concessionary refund of 2012-13 registration fee paid.

米兰milan Business Registration Office will proportionately refund 米兰milan amount of business registration fee or branch registration fee paid by reference to 米兰milan validity period of 米兰milan certificate held by 米兰milan business, 米兰milan number of days in 米兰milan year 2012-13 and 米兰milan amount of registration fees paid. 米兰milan maximum refund amount is $2,000 for a business registration certificate and $73 for a branch registration certificate respectively.
